Today we worked out in the Weight room I followed my physio workouts, so here is what I did
3 sets of 15 seated leg presses on 75lbs
2 sets of 15 leg stretches
2 sets of 15 10 lb butterflies
2 sets of 15 60 lb leg curls

  1. Good. Is your physio also woking on stability exercises? What have they diagnosed as the issue with your knees?
