Tuesday October 14 2014

Today we did loco-locomotion for fitness. I felt I did a decent job, I definitely am out of shape due to being injured but that is still not any excuse for not exercising. I know I can do better and I will do everything I can to do better.

  1. Balancing exercises that are good for your knee IS important. Big part of your growth as an athlete. Learn about what's wrong… ways to help it vs hurt it more.
