Update November 19

So I haven't been able to blog as much as I would have liked, things have been really crazy with basketball and other commitments. So today we had an expedition game against EMS and we won. I got a couple of baskets an ended up messing up my knees yet again, this time I messed up both. So now they are incredibly swollen (see pic bellow) and hurt a lot but it's all good I'm still going to play, I am going I really focus on my upper body strength to take some of the pressure off of my knees. Like anything though I am going to rest my knees when I can and hope that the pain killer will continue to do their work. My new goal is to get an average of 10points
per game  or more.

  2. OUCH! Yes… in PE you need to focus on upper body strength… or core stability. Your knees need as much rest as possible.
