Update November 19
So I haven't been able to blog as much as I would have liked, things have been really crazy with basketball and other commitments. So today we had an expedition game against EMS and we won. I got a couple of baskets an ended up messing up my knees yet again, this time I messed up both. So now they are incredibly swollen (see pic bellow) and hurt a lot but it's all good I'm still going to play, I am going I really focus on my upper body strength to take some of the pressure off of my knees. Like anything though I am going to rest my knees when I can and hope that the pain killer will continue to do their work. My new goal is to get an average of 10points per game or more.

No Equipment Upper Body Workout for Great Arms, Shoulders and Upper Back
So here is a new workout I am really excited to try and make it apart of my fitness routine. Being a post on the more slimmer side isn't really something I can control nor do I want to change my diet so increasing muscle mass is very important to me and is something I am enjoying working on

Basketball
So today we had a great basketball practice with a surprise guest a girl from my club team also joined us! We did alot of drills and I did very well, I made all of my lay ups and got the most rebounds in the 3 on 2 continuous drill (though I probably shouldn't have eaten that taco... at least it was healthy) I now have a beautiful jammed pinky finger that's just gorgeous! And it was a sad practice as well, we found out that the team jerseys only go up to 15 :( Since my number is 20.... As well my Air Jordan 28se that I bought in Chicago are now too small for me :( But I will be getting new ones soon to come. Now I am eating a chicken garden salad that I made and just watching TV overall today was a good day...

I think that I deserve a G, I am always at class on time and I come prepared (gym strip, water.) As much fun as it is to be the one to get the points for my team I try to get everyone involved whether its passing the ball to someone or cheering them on. I am always trying to stay positive and support my peers. Now outside of class is where I have my most fun, especially now that the school season is starting up and even in general. So I am constantly trying to record my progress as well as my activities that I do outside of school, now I am really busy so I have been working on updating my blog.
